The areas I am most experienced in include anxiety, ADHD, behavioral problems, and family conflict. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I am also a mother. As someone who attended counseling myself, as a child and later as an adult, I understand how it feels to be on the other side. This is why I aim to create a safe space for you and your family to work through whatever it is that brought you to counseling. I also believe in an all encompassing approach to therapy. Children come with their families. Therefore, it’s important for counselor, child, parents/caregivers, and other family members to work together as a team in order to achieve real healing and real change. I was born and raised in Texas. I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our micro-preemie toddler. I love Science Fiction and baking things from scratch. Whether I am fishing, camping, or at an outdoor concert, I can always find my peace within nature.
